Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted.


All of our products are personal care and sauna-related items, and for hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.


That said, your satisfaction is important to us.


If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair solution. This may include a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the situation.


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
